  • Historical Tester and Portfolio Optimizer that can also be used as an investment calculator for the annual returns. These include S&P 500 yearly returns 2016-1974, Reit yearly returns 2016-1974, Total Short-term Bond Index returns 2016-1974, and Total Bond Market Index returns 2016-1974. • What the average annualized return is.
  • What the standard deviation is (very easily explained in the video above).
  • What each of the 4 categories year by year return is.
  • What the total each year is for the portfolio mix you choose.
  • What the best, worst, and average 5, 3, and 1 return is for any point you were to start
  • What the dollar amount is for $10,000 invested
Or buy all 3 for only $12.95. Save $11.98.

Using the Data

You will be able to see many things from this data. Just a few small examples that you discover are that commodities are not an asset class, adding international stocks to your portfolio does not increase the risk to reward profile, and that utility stocks are not always "safe bets." These are just a few little examples of what you will be able to see for yourself, again, from the numbers.

Essentially, what this website allows you to do is 2 things. It allows you to find the annualized return that you are comfortable with and shows you how risky or volatile the investment will be over time. That way, you can see what type of swings to expect and everyone can tailor a portfolio for themselves, whether you are in retirement and want stability and income, or if you are young and trying to grow your portfolio as much as possible with the least amount of risk possible. You can play with the numbers and find the right mix that you’re happy with. It is somewhat like an investment calculator and stock market simulator rolled into one. It gives you investment ideas for your portfolio mix.

You will hear the word "simple" used a lot in the video above. This website and the 3 spreadsheets are very simple. You can choose to purchase one, two, or all three at a discount. Click on the Excel spreadsheet icon next to each spreadsheet above to see what you are getting.

If you are not very computer savvy, to make absolutely sure you get the spreadsheets, you can download them immediately and they are also emailed to you as attachments in case you can’t get them downloaded or something like that. You can always email us too if you have any questions about the numbers, website, video, need another copy, or any follow up questions in general. We’re here to help.
